We are passionately committed to bringing the authentic experience of the finest Colombian organic coffee directly to your home.
Our specialty coffee is cultivated at an impressive altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level, sheltered under the protective canopies of cedar, oak, and eucalyptus trees. We take immense pride in preserving the traditional techniques passed down from our ancestors.

Why is our coffee the best?
Our specialty coffee is grown at 1,800 meters above sea level, beneath the shade of cedar, oak, and eucalyptus trees. We take pride in using traditional, honoured techniques passed down through generations. As a 100% organic farm, blessed with rich soil and pure air, our coffee develops a naturally smooth, sweet flavour. With every cup, you'll experience the true essence of true coffee perfection


Our beans are washed with fresh, pure water from the natural springs that are born in the mountains of our farm. We are fortunate to have four natural springs that allow us to irrigate our coffee plants with crystal-clear, pure water. These springs are a true blessing, providing us with an abundant, pristine water source that nourishes both our soils and our crops.
We exclusively handpick the ripest coffee beans, a tradition that makes Colombian coffee so authentic and rich. Grown in the mountains, our selection process is demanding, requiring skill and time. With only one harvest a year, from October to December, we take three months to carefully pick only the deepest red, ripest beans. This meticulous approach ensures a truly exceptional cup of coffee.


To ensure the perfect flavour and smoothness of our coffee, we dry our beans under the natural sunlight for 4 days. This tradition, passed down since 1920, is what makes our coffee truly special. We believe in taking the time to honor ancestral, wild, and natural processes; because this is how the best coffee is made.
We roast our coffee, giving us the distinct advantage of controlling the entire process. With our expert roasters overseeing each batch, we guarantee the highest quality in every roast. By roasting in Colombia, we support local communities, and then we bring the finished bags to Canada, where they delight even the most discerning North American clientele.
